A great day at Durham University today organised by the International Network for Music Theology was a good opportunity to meet other people interested in music and theology, and to catch up with some people. Particularly interesting to me was George Parson’s presentation on Bridge Form in MacMillan’s The World’s Ransoming, using Balthasar’s theology, obviously focussing on form. There were many other interesting presentations covering a wide range of topics.
